REFIT MANAGEMENT

Our goal is to ensure that the refit of your yacht is successfully completed on time and on budget. We carefully compare and analyse costs and supervise every step of the process, paying attention to compliance with regulations and ensuring an end result that meets the owner's expectations.

1 - Managing Requests

The technical department examines and evaluates in detail all the requests and needs of the owner to suggest the best solutions.

2 - Shipyard Selection

We carefully examine the available shipyards and suggest the best solutions in terms of expertise, facilities, logistics and refit budget.

3 - Contract

We evaluate and negotiate the terms of the contract with the shipyard, analysing the estimates and setting delivery times to guarantee the shipowner.

4 - Refit Management

We supervise the entire refit process and make periodic visits to check that the work is progressing correctly. We are in constant contact with the shipyard and the owner.

5 - Refit certification

In the case of structural modifications, we cooperate with flag and notified technical bodies in order to make your yacht compliant with current regulations.

6 - Pre-delivery testing

Once the refit is complete, the work is checked and compared with the terms of the contract. Tests and trials are then carried out to ensure all systems function correctly before the yacht's final delivery.
